Married at the residence of the brides father, Robert WITTEN, Esq., March 17th, by Rev. Geo. BUSTON, Mr. Reese WHITLEY to Miss Rachel WITTEN, both of Tazewell country. The attendants were as follows: Miss Jinnie WITTEN, Mr. Will CROCKETT, Miss Ida GILLESPIE, Mr. Adolphus KEISER; Miss Josie PEERY, Mr. Will Witten; Miss Susie BUSTON, Mr. John BUCHANAN; Miss Mollie PEERY, Mr. Jack WITTEN; Miss Laura BOTTIMORE, Mrs. Jesse MCCALL. The bride and groom have our best wishes for their future happiness and prosperity.

Jesse WHITE, of the Central, left Thursday for Bristol and Scott Co.

Dr. Isaac PIERCE has just returned from the Philadelphia Medical College.

Messrs. L. C. DODD, T. A. LYNCH, and Kent DODD are on a trip to Bristol and other points on the Railroad.

Miss Rosa Lee C. WITTEN, of Jeffersonville, Tazewell county, is in the city with her aunt, Mrs. M. K. CRENSLAW on Park Ave.
