FALLS MILLS

Sam MARRS, Fall's Mills, has returned home from Huntington West Virginia.

Mr. STUART, the father of Mrs. Maj. BOWEN, is here visiting his daughter and enjoys excellent health for one of his advanced age.

Mrs. Jno. W. BROWN, whose illness we mentioned recently, died Wednesday evening at her home near Willow Bridge. We have no particulars, but another good woman has gone to eternal rest.

Miss Carrie SPOTTS, who has been painfully ill for two or three weeks is decidedly better.

Wilk WITTEN at the Station is the daddy of twin boys, and all four are doing well.

Wm. LIFFORD and Chas. GRINSTEAD, two young men indicted at this term of court for a grave crime, were lodged in jail last Tuesday, by Sheriff CROCKETT. The young men are well connected in the county, and their misfortune is much regretted and deplored.
