Miss Susie WAGONER, a beautiful and accomplished young lady who has been attending Tazewell College, and her popular and attractive friend Miss Jennie BAILEY, who has been attending the college commencement returned to their homes at Bailey Va. last Sunday. These young ladies have a host of friends here who regret to see them leave.

Mrs. Margaret N. DAILEY, wife of Madison DAILEY, died at her home in Baptist Valley one week ago today, in the 74th year of her age, Mrs. DAILEY was the mother of four children - one son, Jno. D. DAILEY a well known citizen of Tazewell. Mrs. Arch PEERY, Mrs. Raleigh PEERY, both of whom are dead, and Mrs. Robert YOUNG, of Bluefield. In the death of Mrs. DAILEY Tazewell County loses one of her best women. The funeral services were conducted by Rev. Mr. FRENCH, last Saturday. The burial took place in Baptist Valley, near the home of the deceased.

Mr. Stephen BOURNE died on yesterday about 12PM at his home on Railroad Ave. of Brights disease. Mr. BOURNE has been a sick man for a long time, but had been confined to his house and his bed for only a few weeks. Mr. BOURNE was well known in the county where he has lived all his life. His wife, who was a Miss BUCHANAN, sister to William and Edward BUCHANAN, of Clear Fork and seven children. They have the sympathy of a large circle of friends and relatives in their deep sorrow. The burial takes place today at Mt. Olivet Church, on Clear Fork.
