GENERAL NEWS

Death still loves a shining mark. Stricken in the noonday of a busy fruitful life, another true type of womanhood has been called hence. At 9 o'clock last Wednesday Mrs. Ida Calbert IRESON, wife of Frank IRESON, of North Tazewell, entered into the valley of the shadow from whence none return. She gave birth to a child a few days ago, which was the cause of her death. She had only reached the quarter of a century mark; was a consistent member of the Methodist Church, and leaves a father, husband and three children to mourn her death, her mother having died several years ago. The remains were interred in the new cemetery yesterday about noon. The stricken household has the sympathy of the entire community.
