NORTH TAZEWELL
                

We have had so much rain here lately that we are glad to see the sun shine and the mud dry up.

Mr. and Mrs. A. T. BREWSTER are at the home of her parents, Mr. and Mrs.J. N. SPENCE. It is reported that Mrs. BREWSTER has appendicitis.

Misses Ethel POSBST and Jocie LOWDER were the guest of the Misses RITTER Sunday, and in the afternoon quite a number of the young folks were there.

Mr. and Mrs. J. W. BUCHANAN left Monday for Bluff City, where they will pick out a farm for their future home.

Miss Mary Elizabeth BOWLING spent Saturday with her aunt at Pisgah.

Miss Etta RITTER is visiting relatives at Switchback and will not return home until after Easter.

Mr. Everet BOWLING was visiting his parents, the Rev. and Mrs. J.H. BOWLER, Saturday, and returned to his work at Filbert. WV Sunday.

Robert STEVENSON has moved his family to Tazewell.

Mrs. John WALDRON has been visiting her parents, Mr. and Mrs. John DAILEY.

Miss Etta WALDRON was at home Saturday and Sunday.
