The C.W.B.M. workers met last Sunday and one new member was added to the faithful workers.
Mr. G.M. SLADE, of Graham, was a business visitor Saturday.
Mr. Clarence ROSE, of North Tazewell, was visiting his relatives
of this place.
Mr and Mrs. George SHAWVER visited the formers brother the first of last week at Gratton.
Mrs. Laura THOMPSON, of Graham, was visiting her mother, Mrs. H.M.
KINSER and other relatives.
Mr. Henry COMPTON is spending a few days with homefolks.
Mrs. S.N. SHAWVER, Mrs. A.J. DAVIS and Miss Sallie WALKER spent Monday with Mrs. Hattie
HICKS at Cove Creek.
Mrs. Alice SHAWVER, who has been confined to her room with a serious spell of sickness, is improving fast.
Mrs. W.H. DUNNIGAN is very ill at this writing. Mr. A.J.
DAVIS is busy picking out seed corn.
Mr. George WALKER is now able to be out again, and enjoy the spring weather. He has been ill for some time.
Miss Gracie BELCHER, who has been going to school at Parisburg, has returned home to spend the summer. She has gone through a serious spell of sickness and was not able to remain til her school closed.
Mr. T.B. LAMBERT has a force of hands and is grading the road near Kinsers Chapel. The Clear Fork people are expecting to have a good road soon.
