Mr. and Mrs. John LEEDY
and family, Vivian, West Virginia., spent the weekend with Mrs. Elizabeth BURTON
and family.
Miss Lula DOKE, of Bluefield, West Virginia, spent the weekend with Mr.
and Mrs. E. C. MCFARLAND.
Miss Marie BURTON is spending several weeks with her grandmother, Mrs. BLACKWELL
in Bluefield, Va.
Misses Ada and Ella BURTON, T.E. BURTON all spent Easter
with their mother, Mrs. Elizabeth BURTON. All returned Sunday to their
respective places, Misses BURTON to Welch, Mr. BURTON to
Bluefield, Va.
Walter BAUGH spent last Sunday and Monday with his brother, Will, in
Roanoke, Va.
Mr. Charles BURTON had the misfortune to lose a fine Jersey cow and calf a
few days ago.
Mr. and Mrs. Lewis BOURNE spent Sunday with Mrs. BOURNE'S
parents, Mr. and Mrs. C. T. PATTON, at Tazewell.
Paul YOST, of Keystone, spent Easter with homefolks.
Fred YOST, son of J. W. Yost, was operated on for appendicitis in
Bluefield Sanitarium. He is out again and doing nicely.
