DEATHS
                

Mrs. Cosby Caroline LOWE, of Pocahontas, died Sunday at her home. She was 80 years of age. She is survived by her husband; one son, Slyvester LOWE, of Johnson City; two daughters, Mrs. A. C. JOHNSON, of Dalton Ga., and Mrs. H.G. KING, of Pocahontas and one sister, Mrs. Virginia ALLEY, of Bluefield.

William J. TABOR, 86, died last Wednesday at the home of his niece, Mrs. Ed. RASNAKE of Baptist Valley. Mr. TABOR, son of George and Grace TABOR, was a veteran of the Spanish-American War. He taught for a number of years in the public schools of McDowell county, WV. He was unmarried. There survives a sister, Miss Betty TABOR, of Ohio and a brother, Jesse TABOR, of Baptist Valley.
